    Why HyperCold™

Buyer-focused cold room planning — for people running real projects, not brochures.

    Batch-sized design

Cooling capacity worked out for peak batch and target core temperature — not a nameplate number.

    Fast pull-down

High-velocity air-blast evaporators and short duct paths for uniform pull-down time.

    Right refrigeration match

Screw / semi-hermetic / scroll options based on batch size, evaporator load and ambient.

    PUF panel envelope

100–150 mm PUF walls with insulated flooring and heater-glazed doors.

    Frozen storage integration

Optional integration with −18 to −22 °C frozen storage rooms for post-blast holding.

    Installation & AMC

Installation, commissioning, pull-down trial and AMC support where applicable.

What decides your final cold room cost

We don't publish a single blanket price — final quotation depends on your project. Here's what actually moves the number:

    ◆Capacity (MT / CFT)
    ◆Product type & respiration load
    ◆Required temperature & humidity
    ◆Room size and stacking pattern
    ◆PUF panel thickness (60/80/100/125/150 mm)
    ◆Refrigeration system (Bitzer/Emerson/Danfoss class)
    ◆Site location and ambient conditions
    ◆Daily loading pattern & pull-down time
◆Civil work (flooring, RCC, ramp, insulation)
◆Electrical work (panel, cabling, DG backup)
    ◆Door type (hinged / sliding / strip / sectional)
    ◆Automation & monitoring level
    ◆Accessories (racks, pallet trolley, curtains)

    How your project moves forward

    1. Step 1
      Share your product & capacity

Tell us what you want to store and how much — we work with the exact product, not a generic template.

    2. Step 2
      Temperature & application review

Our engineer reviews your target temperature, humidity, and application to shortlist the right cold room class.

    3. Step 3
      Technical discussion

Quick call to align on room size, loading pattern, civil readiness, and refrigeration preference.

    4. Step 4
      Quotation & layout planning

You receive a project-specific quotation with BOQ, layout, load calculation and cost split.

    5. Step 5
      Installation planning & execution

Manufacturing, site readiness checklist, installation, commissioning and handover with training.

    Frequently asked questions

How much does a blast freezer cost?+

Cost depends on batch size (kg/batch), target core temperature, product type, refrigeration class and civil scope. Share product, batch size and city for a project-specific quotation.

What temperature does a blast freezer run at?+

Chamber runs at −35 to −40 °C. What actually matters is product core temperature — usually −18 °C at the core within a defined batch time.

What batch size should I plan?+

Common batch sizes are 250 kg, 500 kg, 1 MT and 2 MT per cycle. Daily throughput and pull-down time decide chamber count.

Do I need a separate frozen storage room?+

Yes — blast freezing is for rapid pull-down. Long-term holding is done in a frozen storage room at −18 to −22 °C. We can design both as a system.

How much power does a blast freezer draw?+

Considerably more than a normal cold room — depends on batch size, refrigeration and ambient. Indicative kWh is shared with the quotation.

What PUF panel thickness is used?+

Typically 100–150 mm PUF with insulated flooring, vapour-tight sealing and heater-glazed doors.

Do you provide installation and AMC?+

Yes — installation, commissioning, pull-down trial and AMC support where applicable.

    How soon can I get a quotation?+

Within 24–48 working hours after product, batch size, target core temperature and city.

Share product, batch size, target core temperature and location — a blast freezer quotation follows.

Support for DPR & subsidy documentation where applicable. Final eligibility depends on scheme, state, project type and department norms. Final quotation depends on technical details and project location.
